Tuesdays, University Ave, 5:30 to 7:00 PM, start Sept 14.
Fridays, Pioneer Park Dance Hall, noon to 1:30 PM, start Oct 1.
No need to pre-register, please come to the first class.
Bring comfortable footwear.

HEALTH RECOVERY CLASS

The Alaska branch of the Taoist Tai Chi Society® is offering a health recovery class for individuals who are interested in learning Taoist Tai ChiTM taijiquan (tai chi) as a means to improve health. The class will focus on tai chi from a sitting position. This class will increase flexibility and extend one's range of motion. All individuals are welcome. This class is appropriate for people who experience disabilities.
