HEALTH RECOVERY CLASS

            Wednesday at Access Alaska, 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

The Alaska branch of the Taoist Tai Chi Society® is offering a health recovery class for individuals who are interested in learning Taoist Tai ChiTM taijiquan (tai chi) as a means to improve health. The class will focus on tai chi from a sitting position. This class will increase flexibility and extend one's range of motion. All individuals are welcome. This class is appropriate for people who experience disabilities.
